Your satisfaction is important to me. Please keep in mind that all my products are actually handmade and really one-of-a-kind (no two are ever alike) and each has its own handcrafted touch of “imprecise construction” reflecting its unique origin. I hope that you will enjoy your purchase as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Returns & Exchanges
I make a concerted effort to render colors online as truly as I can, but you may find differences from what you see on your screen.

However, if you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, please send an email to customerservice@robinlennon.com within 5 days of delivery. You will receive a timely reply with instructions and return authorization.

All Returns & Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
• Items purchased on sale are not returnable.
• Custom orders are not returnable.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• Item(s) must be returned in new, unused and unwashed condition and not dry-cleaned and preferably in the original shipping packaging.
• We do not accept any unauthorized returns. All returns must be received at the mailing address listed below within 10 days of having been authorized by reply email.
• We reserve the right to refuse, solely at our discretion, any returned item that indicates any signs of use, wear and tear or soiling. At our discretion, we may offer a partial credit in lieu of returning the item.
• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. We will not accept COD returns. We recommend sending items back to us via USPS with tracking. Robin Lennon is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• It is important that you include a copy of our email to you authorizing the return.

We will notify you by email within 3 business days of receiving your item.

If you have been sent the incorrect order due to our error please contact us immediately so we can determine the disposition of the correct item and send you instructions for the exchange.

Refunds
Because we are a very small business we do not make refunds but prefer to offer store credit or exchanges only.

Product Imperfections and Faults
As the buyer you are responsible for inspecting your item(s) for fault and notifying us by email to customerservice@robinlennon.com within 5 working days of receiving your delivery.

Repairs
If your item becomes damaged repairs may be available. For details on these services please send email to customerservice@robinlennon.com and include a picture or description of the damage.

Shipping Policies

Free Domestic Shipping on all orders over $100.00 (as well as selected items selling for less that $100)

All Robin Lennon products are currently shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Generally speaking orders ship within 3–5 business days. This means you should receive your order within 7-10 days or less.

A tracking number will be sent via email once your package has shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the USPS.
